Central location close to centre. top floor room has a great balcony. large room with everything you need.

No parking at hotel available, couldn't reserve a parking spot before hand. On day of arrival hotel offered a parking close to hotel at discounted price (probably same as hotel parking) But had to pay in cash as no card payement was possible.

Great location. Nice little bar with friendly staff for a late night cocktail.

Room a little dark as the window opened out to a really small courtyard.

Wonderful

Spacious hotel room and bathroom. Very clean and fabulous location. Staff very attentive.

My only suggestion would be a kettle in the room for a hot beverage.

Great place!

I really like the location, as it was close to Gascona Street, everything was near enough to make it on foot! Impressive breakfast, a lot of variety and options, great schedule.

Parking was not in the same building, still was close to it and they offered a 20% discount! I think they could offer dinner for New Year's as part of the extra service, they should consider it.

Great location with parking in a clean but outdated hotel.

The location was great and the room was very clean.

The hotel and room were pretty outdated. Also, there was only one window and they gave us two twin beds instead of a queen sized bed. I asked about changing rooms to have one that looked like the photos on booking. They did not fulfill this request. Also, there was no iron in the room.

Very Good

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast had a good selection of food, but the staff turned the flames on hot food off at least half an hour before breakfast was over, so this food was cold. They also were constantly cleaning around you and moving furniture, so not a very relaxed start to the day.

Great stay to gear up to start the Camino primitivo.

Location first and foremost. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the Black Bar for a night cap. Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable and had nice amenities

Good, modern hotel in an excellent location but note arrangements for booking parking

Location was excellent and good to have parking on site (but see next section). Breakfast good with a good choice. Nice to have a bath and a shower.

Arrangements for booking parking unhelpful. We were told that we had to call the hotel in the morning but this was difficult as we were travelling. Even though we arrived spot on check in time, we were originally told that no spaces were available but the receptionist was able to find one for us.

Great central location in an historic hotel.

Wonderful central location. The room, which was on the back of the building, was large and quiet. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Our room did not have a lot of air circulation, but they did supply a fan when we asked.

Top location but Disappointing

Location, quality of design

'Full hot buffet' was a joke.we paid full price but the scrambled and fried eggs were stiff and COLD. They obviously had been sitting a LONG time. Sterno flames had gone out. sausages were hard. Inedible. Ended just having bread and fruit which we would have gotten at the continental breakfast price
